Meidan IT ja talous Oy - commonly known as Meita - is a versatile and trusted partner for ICT, financial and human resources services.

Our owner-customers include municipalities, cities, municipal actors and welfare areas in South and North Karelia, South Savo and Päijät-Häme.

The renewal needs of the public sector also affect Meita's change agility.

In connection with the two-day supervisory days, we implemented a 6-hour face-to-face training in coaching leadership, for which Freia was selected as the planning and implementation partner.

"The participants liked the coaching methods used by Freia's expert, which serve as a good example for all of us. The facilitation was successful and interactive."
